The Farmhouse

Our secluded two-storey farmhouse has 2 king size bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 2 bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen with windows overlooking the rolling hills, a lounge with fireplace and an extra dining room decorated with carefully selected furniture and heritage fabrics. The century-old farmhouse with its “charming old bones” inspired us with the idea of wanting to preserve its history, while also creating a home that would comfortably accomodate our guests. A beautiful, private, hidden gem.

Chocolate Bedroom

The Farmhouse has 3 bedrooms and can accomodate 6 guests. Chocolate sits on the ground floor, it has its own bathroom with shower. Thanks to its tuff stone walls it stays cool in summer and it is delightfully rustic.

Caramel Bedroom

Caramel is located on the first floor, with its white painted wooden beams, the authentic terracotta flooring and its unique handmade clothes hanger, it is unquestionably charming.

Vanilla Bedroom

Located upstairs, Vanilla has two single beds. Kids as much as close friends love sleeping in this cosy room with its unique details.

Burgundy Bathroom

Burgundy is located on the ground floor.
Completely restored by local artisans, this bathroom served with one-of-a-kind shower will connect you to the country feel of our local area.

Acquamarine Bathroom

A spring sky, green as aquamarine...
Located upstairs Aquamarine has two entries connected to The Caramel bedroom and The Vanilla bedroom. This light filled bathroom is spacious and has a view over the sycomore tree. It has a bathtub with shower.

Burgundy Bathroom

Burgundy is just one step away from The Chocolate bedroom. All our restrooms have a bidet and a shower.

Double Entrance

The Farmhouse has a double entrance. The main entrance in the front overlooks the olive tree garden, the other one at the back has views onto the garden and the pool area.

Moka Machines

As you step inside, your eyes are drawn to the traditional moka machines proudly displayed on the shelf. Their matte aluminium surfaces tell tales of countless cups of rich, aromatic coffee brewed within their embrace. The moka machines stand as a symbol of the italian coffee culture, inviting guests to indulge in the pleasure of a freshly brewed espresso or cappuccino.

Radiating Authenticity

The kitchen is bathed in warm natural light that pours in through large windows, offering breathtaking views of rolling hills and hay bales.

Fully Equipped Kitchen

This fully equipped kitchen, with its sink and countertops crafted in marble, has plenty of smooth surfaces and functional spaces for culinary creations and shared moments with loved ones.

In this countryside kitchen, time seems to slow down, inviting you to embrace a simpler and more relaxed way of life.
Fresh eggs, seasonal veggies, fruits and extra virgin olive oil from local farmers can be delivered daily to you.

Living Room

During the long cold winter days, the living room is definitely the heart of the farmhouse. It has a comfy sofa and armchairs that invite you to sit and linger and a table that can accomodate 8 guests. In the adjacent living room there is another table that can accomodates up to 20 guests.

The Fireplace

The centepiece of the living room is the Peperino stone fireplace. It stands proudly in the centre, serving as a gathering place for family and friends.
